  I've had some pretty good food at the Grill. I've had some mundane or even poor food at the Grill. It's hit and miss. It's always a little pricey, but I think that's to be expected from trying to keep a nicely appointed restaurant in a small town. Today I tried ordering a pizza for carry out. I was told it would be 20 - 25 minutes and I only live 2 minutes away, so I waited most of 20 minutes before going. Once there, the nice lady at the bar took my name and found my pizza in the computer, took my credit card, and told me it would be a few minutes because the pizza wasn't quite ready yet. 20 minutes later a different lady brought my pizza out; and when I checked to make sure they'd held the red onions, I noticed the cheese wasn't fully melted. -- Hey, I understand things happen, and in this case it looks like my pizza wasn't started until I came to pick it up. Or maybe I'm wrong. Either way, I wish I'd been told what was up... I could have gone home for another 15 minutes or ordered a beer from the bar. It's certainly going to affect my decision on whether to order carryout from them again. It's a shame to alienate your (very) local clientele. -- The pizza was okay, but it had been much better on a previous visit which is why we ordered it .
